Day‑Cation at Fluffy’s Pet Resort is more than just a place to drop off your pup — it’s where dogs rule. Your pet will enjoy a supervised, safe, and clean environment designed for healthy socialization, enrichment & structured play.

All guests — Daycare, Day‑Cation, and Boarding — are screened for social compatibility (size, play style, temperament) and must be current on vaccinations to ensure the safety and well‑being of every dog in our care.

Before a dog’s first stay, we require a Pet Evaluation, which includes a FREE first day of Doggie Daycare or Day‑Cation (for walk‑alone guests). This evaluation must be scheduled in advance and completed during our designated evaluation days and times so our team can provide a calm, controlled, and properly staffed introduction for your pet.

Long hours at home or extended crate time can lead to excess energy, stress, and unwanted behaviors.

🐾 Day‑Cation (Individual Play / No Group Play)

Day‑Cation is ideal for dogs who do not participate in group play but still need a safe, comfortable place to stay for the day. These guests enjoy their own private space, individual attention, and a calm environment tailored to their needs.

Day‑Cation guests stay in one of our private suites — Petite, Deluxe, or Grand — based on their size and family count. Each suite is climate‑controlled, sanitized daily, and designed to keep your pup relaxed and stress‑free.

          Day‑Cation Includes:

• Private suite for the full day

• Potty breaks throughout the day

• Individual attention from staff

• Meals (bring your own or we can provide)

• Soothing music and a calm environment

• Daily disinfecting of all play areas

• Drop‑off & pick‑up anytime during lobby hours (before 6:30/6:45 PM)

🕒 Midday Nap & Reset: 12 PM – 2 PM

​

From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

All daycare and day‑cation guests enjoy a structured nap‑time reset.

​

This quiet period allows:

• Playrooms to be sanitized and refreshed

• Dogs to decompress and avoid overstimulation

• Puppies, seniors, anxious pups, and high‑energy dogs to regulate

• A calmer, safer, more balanced afternoon play session

🕒 Day‑Cation Check‑Out Policy

Dogs must be picked up before closing time. Any dog remaining past closing will be considered an overnight guest and charged standard boarding rates.​
