We are now under new ownership, and we’re dedicated to creating a better, brighter, and more elevated experience for both our guests and our team. You’ll notice ongoing upgrades throughout our facility, refreshed procedures, and improved care standards — all designed to make Fluffy’s the best it has ever been.
As part of these improvements, we are kindly asking all returning customers to schedule a new evaluation with our updated staff and policies. This gives us the opportunity to reconnect with you, meet your pet, review their current needs, and ensure their profile is fully updated in our system. Our goal is to provide the safest, most personalized care possible — and this step helps us do exactly that.
We truly appreciate your patience and support as we take this time to update, refine, and elevate every part of our operation.

Please remember to update your pet’s vaccinations before checking in. A hard copy of your pet’s shot records is required at boarding check‑in, on your pet’s first day of daycare, and during evaluation appointments — this applies to all returning guests as well. You’re welcome to upload your vaccination records in your customer portal or email them to us at info@fluffyspetresort.com, but we must still keep a physical copy on file for every pet. If your pet needs Bordetella, Fluffy’s offers the vaccine on‑site for a fee.

We welcome you to stop by for a guided tour of our facility during the following hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Our mornings and evenings are dedicated to higher‑traffic operational times — daycare check‑ins and check‑outs, outdoor potty breaks, meal service, and facility sanitizing. Midday is intentionally quieter, as our guests enjoy their structured nap‑time reset with dimmed lights and calming spa music. This downtime helps dogs decompress, recharge, and maintain a balanced, happy temperament for the rest of their play sessions.

The first part and last part of the day we are quite busy with heavier check-in/check-out traffic for daycare dogs, outdoor potty breaks, meal times, and sanitizing times.

In the middle of the day the dogs are provided with downtime nap time where we dim the lights and put on spa music. Down time is necessary for dogs to wind down and recharge for their next play session- otherwise they can get cranky.
